Immigration Evaluations
We provide mental health evaluations for immigration cases. We cooperate and communicate with your attorney to provide you with a comprehensive forensic mental health evaluation to supplement your immigration case, keeping in mind your needs and prioritizing your and your family’s health and well-being. These evaluations include a consultation where the process is explained in more detail (informed consent is obtained and releases to speak with your legal team are signed), 2-4 clinical interviews, self-report psychological assessments, collateral interviews with relevant parties, consultation with your legal team, review of relevant medical/legal/academic records, and a full written report which is submitted to your attorney.
