Sarah Gómez, MA, LLPC, NCC

About me:

I provide therapy to individuals of all ages in English and Spanish but especially enjoy working with teenagers, young adults and adult women. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual addictions and other life and relational issues. My goal as a therapist is to encounter each person where they are at in life, provide a space for them to recognize, explore and express their emotions and thoughts and equip them with the tools to help achieve health and flourishing.

In providing treatment, I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, inner-child healing and faith-based interventions as well as mindfulness techniques to aid clients in reaching their therapeutic goals and improved mental health.

Along with providing therapy services, I am trained by the Immigration Evaluation Institute to conduct mental health evaluations for cases of extreme hardship, cancellation of removal, asylum, VAWA and U/T visa cases.
